Request Training

We offer resilience training to help you recover quickly from stress.  Our current class offerings are:

  • Resilience for Women: All four sessions included lectures, questions and answers, and practice in at least one special resilience training technique. Participants were provided with a free CD for home use to train themselves to be more resilient. Strategies for overcoming barriers to practice are provided in most sessions.
  • Resilience for Elderly: A 5 week resilience training program designed specifically to meet the needs of seniors. Our resilience training has always included work with people who are dealing with the challenges of aging well and maintaining a high quality of life as they deal with the difficulties that accompany their later years.

    Other potential areas for training:

    • Public Service Employees (fire, police)
    • Health Care Workers
    • Military Families
